Do I need any experience to join?
No experience is required. Our Beginner Boxing Classes are designed for complete beginners. We start with stance, movement, and defense before advancing to combinations and light drills.
Do I need to be fit before starting boxing?
Not at all. Boxing will get you fit. We tailor each class to your fitness level so you can build strength and endurance safely over time.
What equipment should I bring?
Bring comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. We provide gloves and wraps for first-timers, but you can bring your own if you prefer.
Are these classes safe for beginners?
Yes. We maintain strict safety protocols and focus on technique and control over sparring or contact. All drills are supervised by Coach Jason to ensure safety.
How are these classes different from regular boxing gyms?
