  • Level: All Levels (Beginner to Professional)

    These lessons are completely customized for your skill level:


    Beginners: Build proper habits from day one.


    Intermediate: Correct inconsistencies, refine timing and coordination.


    Advanced/Pro: Sharpen elite-level precision, footwork, and defensive layers.

  • Format: One-on-One Technical Coaching

    We keep our class sizes intentionally small — no more than eight students per instructor — so every participant receives personal attention, technical feedback, and correction. You’ll train in a semi-private environment that allows for both group motivation and individual improvement, ensuring quality instruction in every round.

  • Location: Modern Warriors Gym – New Westminster, BC

    Tailored pad work, defensive drills, and cardio/strength circuits designed to enhance both performance and endurance.

  • Duration: 60-Minute Private Sessions

    Each class runs approximately 60 minutes, combining warm-up drills, technique breakdowns, mitt work, and conditioning. The format keeps energy high and learning progressive — you’ll leave every session feeling stronger, sharper, and more skilled.

  • Schedule: Flexible 1-on-1 Availability

    We offer multiple beginner class time slots throughout the week, including early-morning, after-work, and weekend sessions. This flexibility makes it easy for both students and working professionals to stay consistent without disrupting their daily schedule.

  • Equipment & Requirements

    Just bring:

    • Boxing gloves (12oz–16oz)
    • Hand wraps
    • Training shoes

    All other equipment is provided. Video breakdowns and take-home drills are available for ongoing practice.
