Class Structure

    This class is designed specifically for first-time boxers and newer students who want to learn the fundamentals in a structured, supportive environment. You don’t need any experience — we’ll teach you everything from stance and footwork to defense, timing, and confidence-building drills. If you’ve never thrown a punch before, this is the perfect place to start.

  • Format: One-on-One Private Coaching

    Every session is custom-tailored to your energy, goals, and physical condition. Coach Jason tracks your progress week by week — adjusting combinations, circuits, and tempo for maximum efficiency.


    Expect a blend of:

    • Strength & conditioning circuits
    • Core and mobility training
