By accessing or using the website and services of Super Sweet Science Boxing (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or booking services.


2. Services Overview

Super Sweet Science Boxing provides private boxing lessons, training programs, and educational content for athletes, hobbyists, and beginners. All services are delivered by certified coaches in a professional environment.


We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services without prior notice.


3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:


  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
  • You are physically and medically fit to participate in boxing training
  • You will comply with all gym safety rules, guidelines, and instructions from coaches

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for private coaching sessions, memberships, and programs are due in full before participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session. Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Super Sweet Science Boxing.


5. Health and Liability Disclaimer

Boxing is a physically demanding sport. By participating in any of our programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved.


Super Sweet Science Boxing and its coaches are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in training sessions, sparring, or related activities. You are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any fitness program.


6. Code of Conduct

All students and visitors must:


  • Treat others with respect and professionalism
  • Follow gym safety protocols and instructions
  • Refrain from aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone who violates this code.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, and logos — is the property of Super Sweet Science Boxing.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Sweet Science Boxing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
