Class Structure

  • Level: Advanced & Competitive Boxers

This class is designed specifically for first-time boxers and newer students who want to learn the fundamentals in a structured, supportive environment. You don’t need any experience — we’ll teach you everything from stance and footwork to defense, timing, and confidence-building drills. If you’ve never thrown a punch before, this is the perfect place to start.

  • Format: One-on-One Fight Camp Coaching

We keep our class sizes intentionally small — no more than eight students per instructor — so every participant receives personal attention, technical feedback, and correction. You’ll train in a semi-private environment that allows for both group motivation and individual improvement, ensuring quality instruction in every round.

  • Location: Modern Warriors Gym – New Westminster, BC

Train in a professional fight environment at Modern Warriors Gym, featuring a regulation ring, heavy bags, strength area, and competition-grade training gear.

Located in New Westminster, easily accessible from Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, and Coquitlam.

  • Duration: 60-minute classes

Each class runs approximately 60 minutes, combining warm-up drills, technique breakdowns, mitt work, and conditioning. The format keeps energy high and learning progressive — you’ll leave every session feeling stronger, sharper, and more skilled.

  • Schedule: Custom Fight Camp Blocks

We offer multiple beginner class time slots throughout the week, including early-morning, after-work, and weekend sessions. This flexibility makes it easy for both students and working professionals to stay consistent without disrupting their daily schedule.

  • Equipment & Requirements

Boxers must bring full protective gear — gloves, wraps, mouthguard, groin protector, and headgear. Advanced sparring and partner work will be included in most sessions.
