Class Structure

  • Level: Experienced & Competitive Boxers

    This class is designed specifically for first-time boxers and newer students who want to learn the fundamentals in a structured, supportive environment. You don’t need any experience — we’ll teach you everything from stance and footwork to defense, timing, and confidence-building drills. If you’ve never thrown a punch before, this is the perfect place to start.

  • Format: One-on-One Advanced Coaching

    Each session is completely individualized. Coach Jason provides technical analysis, slow-motion feedback, and in-depth corrections to fine-tune movement, speed, and timing.


    You’ll work through elite-level drills, sparring simulations, and scenario-based exercises that replicate real fight situations.

  • Location: Modern Warriors Gym – New Westminster, BC

    Train in a professional setting at Modern Warriors Gym, equipped with a full-size ring, high-performance bags, and advanced training gear. The facility fosters focus, precision, and competitive growth.


    Conveniently located in New Westminster, serving fighters from Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, and Coquitlam.

  • Duration: 60-minute classes

    Each class runs approximately 60 minutes, combining warm-up drills, technique breakdowns, mitt work, and conditioning. The format keeps energy high and learning progressive — you’ll leave every session feeling stronger, sharper, and more skilled.

  • Schedule: Customizable Coaching Blocks

    We offer multiple beginner class time slots throughout the week, including early-morning, after-work, and weekend sessions. This flexibility makes it easy for both students and working professionals to stay consistent without disrupting their daily schedule.

  • Equipment & Requirements

    Participants must bring 16oz sparring gloves, wraps, mouthguard, headgear, and groin protection. Advanced sessions often include light, controlled sparring and technical partner work.
