Our Private Intermediate Boxing Class Structure

Intermediate Private Lessons are the bridge between skill and mastery. Develop precision, confidence, and awareness — one round at a time.

Class Structure

  • Level: Intermediate Boxers

This class is designed specifically for first-time boxers and newer students who want to learn the fundamentals in a structured, supportive environment. You don’t need any experience — we’ll teach you everything from stance and footwork to defense, timing, and confidence-building drills. If you’ve never thrown a punch before, this is the perfect place to start.

  • Format: One-on-One Private Coaching

We keep our class sizes intentionally small — no more than eight students per instructor — so every participant receives personal attention, technical feedback, and correction. You’ll train in a semi-private environment that allows for both group motivation and individual improvement, ensuring quality instruction in every round.

  • Location: Modern Warriors Gym – New Westminster, BC

Tailored pad work, defensive drills, and cardio/strength circuits designed to enhance both performance and endurance.

  • Duration: 60-Minute Sessions

Each class runs approximately 60 minutes, combining warm-up drills, technique breakdowns, mitt work, and conditioning. The format keeps energy high and learning progressive — you’ll leave every session feeling stronger, sharper, and more skilled.

  • Schedule: Flexible Weekly Appointments

We offer multiple beginner class time slots throughout the week, including early-morning, after-work, and weekend sessions. This flexibility makes it easy for both students and working professionals to stay consistent without disrupting their daily schedule.

  • Equipment Required

Intermediate boxers are expected to bring their own gloves, wraps, and mouthguard. Additional protective gear such as headgear may be used for technical drills as needed.
