Class Structure

  • Level: Intermediate to Advanced

    This class is designed specifically for first-time boxers and newer students who want to learn the fundamentals in a structured, supportive environment. You don’t need any experience — we’ll teach you everything from stance and footwork to defense, timing, and confidence-building drills. If you’ve never thrown a punch before, this is the perfect place to start.

  • Format: One-on-One Coaching

    Each session is fully personalized to your endurance goals, fitness level, and fight schedule.


    Expect a blend of:

    • Boxing circuits and shadow rounds
    • Interval training (aerobic/anaerobic)
    • Bag conditioning and movement drills
    • Controlled high-intensity pad work
    • Recovery and breath control exercises

    Coach Jason monitors heart rate, pacing, and technique to ensure progressive improvement without overtraining.

  • Location: Modern Warriors Gym – New Westminster, BC

    Tailored pad work, defensive drills, and cardio/strength circuits designed to enhance both performance and endurance.

  • Duration: 60-Minute Private Sessions

    Each class runs approximately 60 minutes, combining warm-up drills, technique breakdowns, mitt work, and conditioning. The format keeps energy high and learning progressive — you’ll leave every session feeling stronger, sharper, and more skilled.

  • Schedule: Flexible Private Training

    We offer multiple beginner class time slots throughout the week, including early-morning, after-work, and weekend sessions. This flexibility makes it easy for both students and working professionals to stay consistent without disrupting their daily schedule.

  • Equipment Provided: Gloves & Hand Wraps available for beginners

    All equipment is provided.
