Led by Coach Jason “The Boxing Nerd”, these one-on-one sessions combine functional strength training, explosive conditioning, and recovery optimization — tailored specifically for boxing performance.

Build Power. Increase Endurance. Perform Like a Fighter.

🥊 Explosive Power Development

Train your body to deliver fast, controlled force. You’ll focus on rotational strength, kinetic chain activation, and muscle coordination to throw faster, harder punches without losing balance.

⚙️ Endurance & Stamina Conditioning

Master boxing-specific energy systems with HIIT-style intervals, footwork conditioning, and resistance circuits designed for 3-round and 12-round fight demands.

🧠 Functional Strength & Core Stability

Develop the total-body balance and trunk control needed for fluid, efficient movement. Strengthen your core, shoulders, hips, and legs for maximum punching output.

💨 Agility, Speed & Reaction Drills

Enhance coordination and explosiveness with agility ladder work, plyometric circuits, and resistance band training that translates directly into ring performance.
