Class Structure

  • Level: Professional & Semi-Pro Fighters

    This class is designed specifically for first-time boxers and newer students who want to learn the fundamentals in a structured, supportive environment. You don’t need any experience — we’ll teach you everything from stance and footwork to defense, timing, and confidence-building drills. If you’ve never thrown a punch before, this is the perfect place to start.

  • Format: One-on-One High-Performance Coaching

    We keep our class sizes intentionally small — no more than eight students per instructor — so every participant receives personal attention, technical feedback, and correction. You’ll train in a semi-private environment that allows for both group motivation and individual improvement, ensuring quality instruction in every round.

  • Location: Modern Warriors Gym – New Westminster, BC

    Train in a high-performance environment built for serious athletes. 


    Modern Warriors Gym features a regulation-size ring, pro-grade equipment, and space designed for elite focus and development.


    Conveniently located in New Westminster, accessible from Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, and Coquitlam.

  • Duration: 60-minute classes

    Each private lesson includes technical breakdowns, fight simulation, conditioning cycles, and review. Every round has a purpose — sharpening your tools, improving composure, and fine-tuning efficiency.

  • Schedule: Custom Fight-Camp Blocks

    We offer multiple beginner class time slots throughout the week, including early-morning, after-work, and weekend sessions. This flexibility makes it easy for both students and working professionals to stay consistent without disrupting their daily schedule.

  • Equipment & Requirements

    Professional fighters must bring:

    • 16oz sparring gloves
    • Headgear, wraps, and mouthguard
    • Groin/chest protection
    • Professional license or fight registration (if applicable)

    All sparring and conditioning drills are fully supervised for performance and safety.
