FAQs

Start your boxing journey today. Learn proper technique, build real fitness, and train with a coach who actually cares about your progress.

  • Who are these lessons for?

These private lessons are for experienced amateur boxers or advanced athletes preparing for Olympic-style tournaments, provincials, or open-class events.

  • Is this the same as regular fight prep?

Not exactly. Olympic-Style focuses on speed, accuracy, and clean point-scoring under amateur rules, whereas Fight Prep focuses on broader tactical and endurance work.

  • Will I spar during sessions?

Yes, but always in a controlled, technical format. The goal is clean scoring practice, not power exchanges.

  • Can beginners join?

We recommend starting with Intermediate or Advanced Private Lessons first. Olympic-style training is best for those with a strong technical base.

  • What makes Olympic-style boxing unique?

It rewards efficiency and precision, not knockout power. Judges score based on accuracy, ring control, and defense — making it highly technical and cerebral.

  • How do I know if I’m ready?

If you’ve completed 6+ months of structured boxing training or competed before, you’re ready to benefit from Olympic-style coaching.
