Do I need any experience to join?
No. Our classes are beginner-friendly — you’ll learn fundamentals from the ground up.

Will I get hit or spar?
No sparring in beginner adult classes. Controlled drills only — safety and comfort always come first.
How often should I train?
Most adults train 2–3 times per week for consistent progress in fitness and skill.
Do I need my own gloves?
We provide loaner gloves and wraps, but you can bring your own after your first few sessions.
