Do I need to have boxing experience?

Is this class focused on fighting?
No. Our approach is defensive and protective, not aggressive. You’ll learn how to avoid danger, create distance, and defend effectively if necessary.
Is this class suitable for women?
Absolutely. Many of our students are women who take this class to build confidence, physical strength, and peace of mind.
Will there be sparring?
No sparring is required for this class. We emphasize defensive drills, reaction work, and safe partner exercises instead of heavy contact.
How often should I attend to see results?
With 2–3 sessions per week, most students see major improvements in confidence, fitness, and technique within a few weeks.
What should I bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, water, and a towel. Gloves and wraps are available if you don’t have your own.
