Led by Coach Jason “The Boxing Nerd”, this program combines the high-intensity conditioning of boxing with the technical precision of the sweet science. It’s not just about burning calories — it’s about building confidence, coordination, and real athletic performance.

No experience needed — just the willingness to sweat, learn, and push yourself.

Get Fit. Get Sharp. Feel Unstoppable.

💥 Full-Body Conditioning

Boxing engages every major muscle group. You’ll improve endurance, agility, strength, and coordination while torching calories through dynamic mitt work and bag rounds.

🧠 Mental Focus & Stress Relief

Boxing demands concentration, timing, and rhythm. It’s a form of moving meditation that clears your head, boosts mood, and reduces stress.

💪 Functional Strength

Each session includes core, mobility, and stability training to strengthen your frame and support real-world athleticism.

⚡ Real Technique, Real Results

Unlike “boxing-inspired fitness classes,” we teach authentic boxing technique — proper stance, punches, and defense — so you’ll actually learn to box while getting in top shape.

Our Advanced Boxing Class Structure

Each class combines technique instruction, mitt work, light drills, and cardio-boxing exercises — giving you the perfect mix of skill learning and sweat-driven fitness.

Class Structure

  • Level: All Levels Welcome

This class is designed specifically for first-time boxers and newer students who want to learn the fundamentals in a structured, supportive environment. You don’t need any experience — we’ll teach you everything from stance and footwork to defense, timing, and confidence-building drills. If you’ve never thrown a punch before, this is the perfect place to start.

  • Format: Group Training (Maximum 10 Students per Coach)

We keep our class sizes intentionally small — no more than eight students per instructor — so every participant receives personal attention, technical feedback, and correction. You’ll train in a semi-private environment that allows for both group motivation and individual improvement, ensuring quality instruction in every round.

  • Location: Modern Warriors Gym – New Westminster, BC

All sessions are held inside Modern Warriors Gym, a professional training facility equipped with a boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, and conditioning gear. Located conveniently in New Westminster, it’s an easy commute from Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, and Coquitlam.

  • Duration: 60-minute classes

Each class lasts 60 minutes and combines technical boxing drills with functional conditioning. Expect a perfect mix of skill learning, high-intensity training, and cooldown recovery — all designed to improve fitness and performance simultaneously.
