FAQs

Who is eligible for the advanced program?
This class is intended for experienced boxers — typically those with at least 12+ months of consistent training, solid fundamentals, and prior sparring experience. Competitive amateurs and athletes in fight prep are the best fit.
Is sparring required?
Yes, technical and controlled sparring is an integral part of the program. All sparring is supervised and matched based on skill, size, and experience. Safety and learning always come first.
What makes this different from other advanced boxing programs?
Our focus is on fight IQ and ring control — not just conditioning. Coach Jason teaches the “why” behind every move, building adaptable, strategic fighters who can think under pressure.
Will this prepare me for amateur or provincial competition?
Absolutely. Many of our advanced students compete in sanctioned amateur events, including BC Provincials and Bronze Gloves. This program includes real fight-camp style preparation.
How intense are the classes?
Expect a high level of technical and physical challenge. Sessions include partner drills, controlled sparring, and conditioning, with intensity scaled to your competition goals.
