Class Structure

  • Level: Beginner to Advanced (Boxers & Fitness Clients Welcome)

    This class is designed specifically for first-time boxers and newer students who want to learn the fundamentals in a structured, supportive environment. You don’t need any experience — we’ll teach you everything from stance and footwork to defense, timing, and confidence-building drills. If you’ve never thrown a punch before, this is the perfect place to start.

  • Format: 1-on-1 Private Zoom Coaching

    Each live session includes:


    • Technical boxing instruction (stance, guard, punch combinations)
    • Footwork and movement training (adapted for home space)
    • Strength & conditioning circuits
    • Real-time form correction and drill analysis

    Optional video recording for post-session review
